Giant Preperitoneal Lipoma: An Unusual Case Report with Literature Review

Lipomas are the most common and benign soft tissue neoplasms that can occur throughout body. Intraabdominal lipomas, especially those located in preperitoneal region, very rarely detected. These lipomas be manifested with discomfort or bloating, pain palpable mass abdomen, many of them detected incidentally during a radiological examination surgery for different reason. Surgical resection is necessary only cases pain, cosmetic reasons, rapid growth uncertainty diagnosis. such as mesentery, omentum retroperitoneum rare abdominal cavity. The number reported parietal peritoneum 7 so far. reach large volumes rarely. In literature, one excessively lipoma case was reported. this report, diagnosis treatment giant female patient presented literature review.
